3D Programming Demos and Tutorials

This is my page of artwork dedicated to the racing simulator Grand Prix Legends by Papyrus.

Info
These pictures were actually produced by using filters in an art package on screenshots from GPL.  They are not actually real watercolours, as you might have guessed.  Despite that they capture the feeling of the era quite effectively.

For those who don't know, Grand Prix Legends was released in 1998 by US developer Papyrus, and despite poor initial sales is now widely regarded as the most realistic race-car simulator available on the PC.  The game models the Formula One season of 1967 which saw some of the greatest drivers, teams, cars, engines and tracks ever.  Drivers such as Jim Clark, Graham Hill, John Surtees, Jack Brabham, Jochen Rindt and Dan Gurney. Cars such as the Lotus 49, possibly the most famous car in F1 history.  And tracks such as the 14 mile, 174 turn Nurburgring.

I've also added a watercolour-style picture of my car, which is a Peugeot 306.
